ABOUT

I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2003 from McGill University, Canada, initially working at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute in the field of neuro-rehabilitation. Following my move to the UK in 2004, I practice at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust.
Through my work in the NHS, I have developed extensive knowledge and skills in orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation, as well as amputee rehabilitation. I have treated both adults and children in both in-patient and out-patient settings.
My areas of interest include orthopaedics, neurology and amputee rehabilitation. I have a special interest in post-operative lower limb rehabilitation and have conducted research exploring the role of post-operative advice following total hip replacement surgery in the UK. I have presented my research findings at various conferences throughout England, and have had the honour of speaking at the World Congress of Physiotherapy 2017 in Cape Town, South Africa.
I am passionate about using my highly specialised skills to provide evidence-based treatment approaches for my patients. I also provide individualised, comprehensive interventions to suit each of my patient's needs.

My extensive experience in the NHS has given me the skills required to provide quality, specialised care in the private sector. I have a caring and flexible approach to my work and aim to ensure that I am open and honest with my patients.

I am based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire and cover London, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.
